Scale Up
Traffic is half of it. The other half is the page the traffic lands on, which is why the two are managed together here rather than sold as separate problems.
Spark
You are ready to spend properly, at the smaller end.
- Google Ads Search — structure, keywords, negatives, bidding
- Landing pages iterated continuously, not built once
- Conversion tracking set up properly before anything scales
- Monthly review of cost per lead and what changed it
Growth
The spend is significant and you want it accountable.
- Everything in Spark
- Deeper testing across campaigns and landing pages
- Budget moved to what the numbers earn, not the plan
- Priorities reset monthly against cost per lead
Which tier a project belongs in is a judgement about scope, not a menu choice — and it is usually clear within one conversation. We would rather place you correctly than sell you upward.
Test Flight
A short, deliberately small engagement to find out whether paid search works for your business — run with the same discipline as a full account, and built to end.
Tracking, structure and negatives set up properly first — a small budget is not an excuse for a sloppy account
A budget sized to read signal rather than to chase volume
Capped at three months, so it ends with a decision instead of drifting into a small retainer
Graduates into Spark or Growth on what the numbers say — or stops cleanly, with the account left in your name
If you already know the channel works for you, skip it. Test Flight exists for the case where nobody has actually checked.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
Yes, at every stage. Below a certain monthly spend there is not enough data to optimise against, and the management fee becomes most of what you are paying for. We will tell you the thresholds on the first call rather than have you guess at them.
Why is Test Flight capped at three months?
Because a test that never ends is just a small retainer. Three months is enough to know whether the channel works for your business; after that the honest options are to fund it properly or stop.
Do you take a percentage of spend?
Usually a flat monthly fee, so our incentive is not to spend more of your money. On larger accounts a percentage can make more sense for both sides, and we will say so.
What if my landing page is the problem?
Then fixing the ads is the wrong job, and we will start with the page. This is the whole reason the two are not sold separately — an agency that only owns the ad account has to blame the site.
How soon does it work?
Expect the first month to be measurement rather than results: tracking, structure, and finding out what the account is actually telling you. Anyone promising a number before that has not looked.
