Growth Marketing
Traffic is half of it. The other half is the page the traffic lands on, which is why the two are managed together here rather than sold as separate problems.
Growth Partner
You are spending on ads and want the spend to be accountable.
- Google Ads Search — structure, keywords, negatives, bidding
- Landing pages iterated continuously, not built once
- Conversion tracking set up properly before anything scales
- Monthly review of cost per lead and what changed it
Full Partnership
Marketing is a standing part of the business, not a campaign.
- Everything in Growth Partner
- Strategy work upstream of the ad account
- Quarterly deep review with the founder in the room
- Content creation as an ongoing input
Which tier a project belongs in is a judgement about scope, not a menu choice — and it is usually clear within one conversation. We would rather place you correctly than sell you upward.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
Yes. Below a certain monthly spend there is not enough data to optimise against, and the management fee becomes most of what you are paying for. We will tell you the threshold on the first call rather than have you guess at it.
Do you take a percentage of spend?
Usually a flat monthly fee, so our incentive is not to spend more of your money. On larger accounts a percentage can make more sense for both sides, and we will say so.
What if my landing page is the problem?
Then fixing the ads is the wrong job, and we will start with the page. This is the whole reason the two are not sold separately — an agency that only owns the ad account has to blame the site.
How soon does it work?
Expect the first month to be measurement rather than results: tracking, structure, and finding out what the account is actually telling you. Anyone promising a number before that has not looked.
